Making food shopping a much more personal experience Farmers Markets, bring together cheesemongers, bakers, butchers and greengrocers alongside a range of craft makers and artist to showcase independent producers across the city.

With a Farmers Market taking place every week across Leeds there’s plenty of choice whether you’re looking for alternative city centre shopping experience or local produce delivered to your doorstep.

Whilst many of the Farmers Markets in Leeds are run by independent organisations and local communities, Leeds City Council has two regular Farmers Markets that it runs throughout the month.

The most established is Leeds Farmer’s and Craft Market held on the first and third Sunday of every month on Briggate incorporating artists, makers and crafts alongside fresh organic produce.
