The survey has now closed and we will be pulling together the results to inform the feasibility study, but until then there is still plenty of work happening on the feasibility study to determine what options there are for the future of the markets and what implications they have. The study started in April of this year and is expected to be completed by Christmas 2012 with a final report submitted to Leeds City Council's Excutive Board of politicians and senior managers in January 2013.

There will now be a 12 week period where the consultant, NPS, will look at all the information they have gathered from different groups and use this to assist them in developing a range of options for the market. While this work takes place we will keep you updated about the feasibilty project, who is working on it and how the study is progressing.
We aim to share the options with you in the Autumn and would be interested in your feedback and comments. Until then here's a copy of the project plan and the consultation plan so you know what we're workign on behind the scenes.

Leeds Kirkgate Market Consultation
I've just read through the Consultation Project Plan and it says that there will be "Engagement on Full Feasibility Study Report" for 8 week between 3/09/2012 and 26/10/2012
Have I missed something? Is the Full Feasibility Study Report finished - can we see it? Has it been delayed and if so - why and when can we expect to see it. A lot of people took part in this consultation and are keen to know what the 'options' are.

Hi Megan,
Thank you for getting in touch.
We have gathered such a wealth of information through the feasibility study we will be amending the project timings slightly so we can spend the time we need to getting the information ready to share with everyone.
There isn’t a final Feasibility Study report until we have completed the second stage of engagement. What we will have shortly is information on the potential options for the market and we will then be sharing this with everyone as part of the stage 2 engagement. This will run for 8 weeks form early October 2012.
